People Architects is partnering with J.F.D. Landscapes to hire a Landscape Sales and Estimating Manager.

What You’ll Drive

• Build and grow a strong pipeline of commercial and residential landscape construction projects
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
• Meet clients onsite to walk projects, assess needs, and scope work
• Prepare detailed take-offs, estimates, and job costing using LMN
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close new business
• Stay engaged throughout project execution to ensure client satisfaction
• Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

What You Bring

• Experience in landscape construction, outdoor construction, or a related industry
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate take-offs
• Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office
• A self-starter mindset with a strong drive to win and grow income
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Natural ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients
