We are an established and growing landscape company serving the Tampa area. We have a strong reputation, consistent lead flow, and a production team ready to execute.

We are looking for a Landscape Sales Estimator who can take ownership of the sales process—from meeting clients to closing jobs—and help us grow our installation division.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for estimating, selling, and managing the front end of landscape installation projects. You will meet with clients, create proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals.

This is not just an estimating role—this is a sales position with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and/or commercial clients on-site
• Understand client needs and develop landscape solutions
• Prepare estimates and proposals (plantings, sod, mulch, hardscape, etc.)
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project handoff
• Track sales activity, close rates, and revenue goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in landscape estimating and/or sales (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation (plants, materials, basic design)
• Proven ability to sell and close projects
• Comfortable meeting clients and building relationships
• Organized and able to manage multiple bids at once
• Experience with estimating or CRM software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
• Commission on closed sales (uncapped earning potential)
• Expected total compensation: $75,000 – $120,000+
