Salary: The pay for this position is $95,000 to $95,000.

The Landscape Services Division Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations for The Arc of San Diego’s Landscape Services division. This role manages multiple landscape programs and worksites, supervises field leadership, and ensures contract compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
This is a division level operations role supporting both government and commercial landscape contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple landscaping programs and worksites
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, service levels, and quality standards
- Supervise Grounds Maintenance Project Managers/Supervisors, Crew Leads, and field staff
- Support business development, new landscaping opportunities, and contract growth
- Evaluate labor and material costs and assist with bid and proposal development
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or operations management experience
- C 27 Landscaping Contractor License preferred, not required
- Knowledge of lawn, plant, shrub, and tree care best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid CA driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
