Landscape & Snow Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Landscape & Snow Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure projects—landscaping and snow removal—are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role combines field oversight, customer communication, and administrative responsibilities to keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage daily and weekly schedules for crews
• Build and adjust crew routes as needed
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and job pricing
• Prepare and organize daily job sheets for crews
• Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally
• Make follow-up calls and provide updates to customers
• Coordinate with field crews to ensure accurate job information
• Provide general administrative support
• Help improve workflow, communication, and field efficiency
• Perform site checks on properties to ensure quality and safety
• Ensure crews leave on time with proper materials, equipment, and instructions
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
• Identify issues, damage, or incomplete work and take corrective action
• Investigate incidents or equipment damage

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscape project management, snow removal operations, or construction
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and client expectations
• Knowledge of horticulture, hardscapes, and seasonal maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
