We are a family-owned and operated company serving the Salida community, and we are seeking dependable and hardworking team members to join our crew.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with year-round work available for the right candidates. This position includes landscaping, site/utility work, and snow removal.

Responsibilities

Landscaping (Spring–Fall):

• Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Mulching and bed maintenance
• Irrigation installation and repairs
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Safe operation of landscaping equipment

Site Work & Utility Services (As Scheduled):

• Dirt work and site preparation
• Assisting with installation of water lines
• Assisting with leach field and septic system work
• Trenching and backfilling
• Operating small equipment (skid steer, mini excavator — experience preferred)
• General labor support on non-landscape projects

Snow Removal (Winter):

• Shoveling sidewalks and entryways
• Operating snow blowers
• Assisting with plow trucks and equipment
• Applying de-icing materials
• Being available during snow events

Qualifications

• Landscaping, construction, or utility experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates)
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Team-oriented with leadership potential

Schedule & Expectations

• Monday–Friday is our typical work schedule.
• Weekend work is required when needed, especially during peak landscaping season and snow events.
• Snowstorms may require early mornings, late nights, and weekend availability.
• Part-time schedules may be flexible, but reliability is required.
• Overtime opportunities are available for full-time employees.
