Landscape Superintendent

Job Description:

Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Superintendent in the Dallas, TX. The Landscape Superintendent be working for a Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity. As the Landscape Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing a team of workers.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedule landscape construction projects, including coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

· Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

· Supervise and mentor a team of landscape workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

· Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

· Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards

· Maintain equipment and tools, and ensure they are in good working order

· Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

· Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
