POSITION: Landscape Supervisor
DIVISION: Commercial (COM)
REPORTS TO: Construction Operations Manager
As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing both the daily operations and crew management of our construction projects. This position ensures that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for developing production schedules, managing resources, and maintaining smooth workflows while also leading, training, and supporting Foremen and crew members. By balancing hands-on site supervision with administrative responsibilities, you will drive efficiently, enforce company standards, and foster a safe, productive, and accountable work environment.
Oversee day-to-day landscape construction production, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Successfully complete contracted and on-going tasks with quality, efficiency, safety, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (e.g., OSHA), and industry best practices.

In addition, the employee must be able to:
Perform physically demanding landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding, lifting, digging with a shovel, and carrying materials.
Operate heavy machinery like bobcats, excavators, loaders, and other equipment; including hand held chop saws, chain saws, blowers and misc. hand tools.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment includes exposure to moderate to high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor environmental conditions.
