Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Desk Associate to join our team at a busy landscape supply company. This role is the front line of our operation, assisting customers, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Help customers select appropriate landscaping materials and products
• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for deliveries and pickups
• Operate point-of-sale system to ring out customers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
• Knowledge of landscaping materials is a plus (training available)
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

Work Environment:

• Combination of indoor office and outdoor yard environment
• Fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
• Overtime available during peak busy time
• Rotating Saturdays

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
