Landscape Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to oversee and work alongside a professional team completing landscape cleanups and installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a landscape crew on daily cleanup and installation projects
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards
• Perform and oversee tasks including:
• Seasonal cleanups
• Weeding, trimming, edging, and mulching flower beds
• Flower bed installation
• Installation of retaining walls and pavers
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a professional job site appearance and positive client interactions
• Assist with job planning, material organization, and time management
• Opportunity to participate in estimating, sales, and landscape design for the right candidate

Note: This position does not involve lawn mowing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of landscape experience preferred
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, professional environment
• Sales and estimating experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday with some Saturdays (overtime available)
• Pay based on experience and qualifications
• Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility

• Early to mid-April
