Job Summary

As a Landscaping Team Member , you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you moving and outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with landscaping and lawn maintenance at both residential and commercial properties
• Operate basic landscaping equipment (we’ll train you if needed)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Help organize and maintain equipment after jobs
• Be a dependable, supportive teammate every day
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 35–80 lbs regularly
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record, not required but useful
