Landscape Team Member

Overview

We are a fast-growing irrigation and landscape company based in Bastrop Texas and we are booked out weeks in advance. We need solid, dedicated and skilled landscape leads and helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape design, plants (especially Texas native), mowing/edging, stonework/metal edging, grass and tree installation, soil leveling, weed control, walk paths, paver installation, patios, outdoor kitchens, lighting, managing jobs and overseeing crews, skid steer/mini ex operation. Will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain residential landscapes.
• Stone and concrete work
• Welding
• Mowing, edging, and shrub trimming
• Tree, shrub, and plant installation
• Work independently and effectively lead a crew.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using power and hand tools and other equipment related to landscape work.
• Ability to dig, build, and install various components of landscape designs efficiently.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices and garden maintenance techniques is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Have a positive and professional attitude and appearance

• Knowledge of turf grass water and fertilizing requirements
