Landscape Team Member

Job Summary
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Team Member and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, hardscape installation, and seasonal snow plowing. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape duties such as mulching, planting, installing drainage pipe, lay brick pavers
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects
• Support hardscape construction activities like installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
• Assist with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff
• Maintain equipment including excavators and other machinery through routine inspections and basic repairs

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or lawn care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is a plus
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is beneficial
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently in outdoor environments
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning enhances your versatility on the team

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $19.22 - $28.02 per hour
