Landscape Team Member

Robie Contracting, Inc. has been serving the Main Line and Chester County for nearly 40 years. We’re a family-owned landscape and tree service company based in Malvern, PA, handling everything from commercial grounds maintenance to tree removals to hardscaping to snow management. Our reputation is built on showing up, doing the job right, and taking care of our clients.

We’re hiring a full-time, year-round team member to start immediately. This is real, hands-on outdoor work with variety — you’ll go from mowing commercial properties to running a chainsaw on a tree removal to plowing and salting. No two days look the same. What You’ll Do

• Landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, blowing, mulching, planting, and seasonal clean-ups for commercial properties
• Tree services: assist with tree removals, pruning, chipping, and stump grinding
• Hardscaping: patios, retaining walls, walkways, drainage work
• Equipment operation: skid steers, commercial mowers, chippers, chainsaws, trucks with trailers
• Snow plowing and ice management during winter (overtime available)

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years in landscaping, tree service, construction, or a related outdoor trade (willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic)
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
• Comfortable with or willing to learn chainsaws, chippers, skid steers, and commercial mowers
• Able to lift heavy weights and work outdoors year-round
• Reliable, on time, and able to pass a drug screening
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay & What We Offer:

• Starting pay $23–$26 per hour based on skills and experience

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities during busy season
• Optional Saturday hours available upon request
• Report to Malvern/Paoli each morning; work at client sites across Chester County and the Main Line
