The Opportunity

We're seeking motivated Landscape Team Members to join our commercial maintenance crews. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement. Whether you're new to landscaping or have some experience, if you have a strong work ethic and want to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a lasting career.

What You'll Do

Deliver quality work - Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, and planting
Operate equipment - Learn to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
Maintain landscapes - Help keep commercial properties looking their absolute best for our clients
Support your crew - Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Learn and grow - Develop new skills through hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members
Take pride in your work - Pay attention to detail and ensure every property meets TJL's quality standards
Maintain equipment - Help keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
Represent TJL professionally - Interact respectfully with clients and represent our company values

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience & Skills:

Landscape experience preferred but not requiredwe will train motivated individuals
Valid driver's license preferred
Basic understanding of landscape equipment operation a plus
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Valid driver's license
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation to and from work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
