Summary

As a Landscape Technician at Johnson Property Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties. This position is essential for ensuring that landscapes are well-kept and thriving, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing and lawn care to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote growth.
• Utilize mechanical equipment for groundskeeping tasks effectively and safely.
• Assist in building landscape features as needed to enhance property aesthetics.
• Dig and prepare areas for planting or other landscaping projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
