Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of trees, shrubs, plant material, mulch, and landscape beds
• Help with site preparation including grading, soil preparation, and cleanup
• Assist with irrigation installation and drainage systems
• Support installation of hardscape elements such as retaining walls, pavers, stone, and other landscape structures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and project managers
• Uphold the company’s standard for quality, productivity, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; certification in equipment operation is a plus
• Landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong reliability and dependability
• Team-first mindset

Work Schedule

Typical work hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, depending on project schedules and weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
