Landscape Technician

Job Summary
Werle’s Lawn Service & Landscape is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Technicians. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and creating a great experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Install mulch, rock, plants, and landscape beds
• Assist with lawn installations (seeding, topsoil, grading, etc.)
• Perform property cleanups, edging, and bed preparation
• Operate equipment such as blowers, trimmers, edgers, and machinery (training provided if needed)
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete jobs on schedule
• Follow instructions and maintain quality standards on every job

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard every day
• Reliable and shows up on time, ready to work
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team. We work hard, but like to have fun while doing it!
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and handle physical labor
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
