Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools for landscaping projects.
• Assist in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Conduct some landscape maintenance tasks including trimming and weeding.
• Irrigate plants and lawns according to seasonal needs and weather conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• No Experience? No Problem!

We train you in:

• Landscape installation practices and techniques.
• Hardscaping, (stonework, pavers, walls etc.)
• Plant Knowledge. Including ID, selection and sustainable practices.
• Reading Blueprints.
• Operating Heavy equipment as well as industry-leading tools.
• Landscape design principles
