Our team installs paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and landscape plantings throughout Waukesha County.

Equipment You Will Operate

Our crews regularly operate professional equipment including:

• Toro Dingo 1000 compact utility loader
• Kubota SVL compact track loader
• Plate compactors and power equipment
• Concrete saws and cutting tools
• Laser levels and grading tools

Experience operating compact equipment is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, and hardscape features
• Assist with retaining wall construction
• Perform site grading and base preparation
• Install drainage systems and pipe
• Plant trees, shrubs, and landscape materials
• Operate compact equipment and loaders
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work efficiently with a professional crew

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• 3+ years landscaping or hardscape installation
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather

Preferred Experience (Strongly Valued)
Experience installing pavers or retaining walls Experience operating skid steers or compact loaders
Ability to read basic site plans or layout measurements
