Landscape Technician / Lawn Care Crew Member — Growth Opportunity ($25/hr)

Sutterby Landscaping is a property maintenance company serving Montgomery and Berks County. We are looking to hire motivated and dependable team members to join our crew. This is a small, growing company where your performance directly impacts your advancement, responsibility, and income potential.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow into a crew leader or higher responsibility role as the company expands.

You will spend part of the week operating independently completing lawn maintenance routes using a company vehicle, and part of the week working with the team on larger properties and landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently
• Use handheld equipment (trimmers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers)
• Complete lawn routes independently with attention to detail
• Assist with landscaping and property improvement projects
• Follow instructions and company standards
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and trucks
• Communicate with team members professionally

Requirements

• 3–5 years of landscaping or lawn care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history required
• DOT physical required upon hiring
• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs when necessary
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from shop each day
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
