Landscape Technician / Maintenance Crew Member

Job Summary

Greathouse Landscape Co. is looking for dependable and hardworking Landscape Technicians to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This position includes both landscape installation and landscape maintenance responsibilities.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups
• Install and maintain landscape materials including plants, sod, mulch, and irrigation
• Assist with landscape construction and installation projects
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Experience

• Landscaping or construction experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in landscape maintenance is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow

Pay

• Pay based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
