Duties

• Clean and prepare paver surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques to remove dirt, stains, moss, and debris.
• Apply sealing products to pavers to protect against weathering, staining, and wear, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Operate power tools such as pressure washers, grinders, and sealant sprayers safely and effectively.
• Leveling sunken and uneven pavers and stones.
• Maintain safety standards by wearing protective gear and following proper procedures during all tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction environments.
• Knowledge of hardscape features such as patios, walkways and paver installation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

All pay starts at $20 per hour with the future opportunity to get paid more depending on level of skill.
