We’re seeking experienced and up-and-coming individuals who can take on both maintenance and project-based work. The right candidate is dependable, has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and approaches each day with a level head.

Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as trimming shrubs, edging planting beds, pruning ornamental trees and grasses.
- Operate equipment like scag windstorms, scag and walker mowers, weed whackers, Back pack blowers for seasonal clean-ups and routine maintenance. Mechanical and operation familiarity with equipment (plows & Skid steers) is a plus.
- Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in landscaping, property maintenance and or grounds keeping as well as horticulture.
- Must have a growth mindset; willingness to want to grow everyday
- Having the ability to problem solve is a huge part of our companies daily activity
- Team player is a must have. The willingness to put others first is a huge aspect of our culture.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Must have the Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as Skid steers, Mini excavators and snow plows.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
