Position Information

Performs routine and directed grounds and landscape maintenance of University property. Operates vehicles, equipment, and tools common to landscaping and grounds maintenance including snow and ice removal. Removes trash from trash receptacles and polices campus for debris and litter. Performs work associated with event set-up and tear-down.
Successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
Location MU - Marshall University Salary Range $24,808 - $28,529 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience and internal equity Salary Grade 1 Salary Type Salary Time Type Full-Time

Experience
No prior experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Training or coursework related to landscaping, building maintenance, or safety practices.
Experience
Experience operating grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, or small tractors.

- Work week is 37.5 hrs.
