Landscape/Fine Gardening Crew Member

We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our landscape/fine gardening team for the 2026 season. As a seasonal landscape/fine gardening crew member, you will install and maintain client gardens and landscapes. The position is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform general landscaping tasks

*Install and maintain client gardens including soil preparation, planting annuals and perennials, planting trees/shrubs, pruning, mulching, composting, etc.

*Maintain and operate landscape equipment

*Assist in installing landscape features

*Ensure cleanliness and orderliness or work areas and equipment after each workday

*Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications:

*Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

*Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 40 lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions

*Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

*Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus

*Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

*Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

*Reliable transportation to job sites or designated pick-up points

Work Schedule:

*Full-time or part-time hours, typically Monday through Friday

*Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required depending on project demands

*Seasonal position with possibility of year round employment

Compensation:

*Competitive hourly wage based on experience

*Opportunity for overtime pay

*Possible return for future seasons based on performance
