Landscape/Gardener

We are looking for motivated gardeners to do a variety of fine gardening tasks including: cleanups, weeding, mulching, planting, hand pruning, seasonal containers and seasonal garden maintenance. We do not provide any lawn related services. Our clients comprise of high-end residential properties from the Boston area to the South Shore enabling you to expand your horticultural knowledge and skills. We will train anyone with an open mind and an excellent work ethic. Full and part time positions available with flexible hours.

• Enthusiastic gardeners with experience is a plus but not essential
• Horticultural certificates are a plus
• Attention to detail
• Willing to work in all types of weather, cold, heat, rain
• Training will include proper planting techniques, proper pruning of shrubs, roses, vines
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Familiar with commonly used landscape tools and equipment
• Candidates will be expected to increase their knowledgeable with ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, weeds & pests
• Embrace an organic/holistic approach to horticulture

Wages commensurate with experience.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Typical end time:

• 4 PM

• 6 AM
