Willow Valley Communities (WVC) is hiring Summer-Only Landscaper/Gardeners to help maintain our stunning grounds across two beautifully landscaped campuses. $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Landscaper/Gardener, you’ll help care for and enhance our outdoor spaces by:

Preparing and grading terrain
Applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns
Planting and transplanting trees, shrubs, and flowers
Trimming, pruning, and shaping shrubs and trees
Cultivating gardens and maintaining flower beds
Edging and trimming around walkways, walls, and landscaped areas
Raking leaves and removing debris
Watering lawns, gardens, and shrubs
Keeping grounds clean and inviting
✅ What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience
Ability to work outdoors in various summer conditions
A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule & Hours
40 hours per week
Summer-only position
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
