Landscape/Groundskeeping Laborer

About the role:
We’re hiring a reliable, hard‑working landscaping/groundskeeper laborer to support residential and commercial jobs. This is a very physical, outdoor position requiring a professional, customer‑friendly attitude.

Key responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and basic lawn care
• Weed control, mulching, planting, and seasonal cleanups
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (training available)
• Load/unload materials, lift and move equipment and supplies
• Keep job sites clean and presentable; interact courteously with clients
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to perform strenuous physical work and lift heavy items
• Professional, courteous appearance and customer service skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
• Experience with commercial equipment is a plus; willing to train the right person
