Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member

Duties

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and decorative stonework using hand tools and power tools.
• Support landscape tasks including planting, grading, soil preparation, ect..
• Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, material delivery, and site preparation under supervision.
• Use a variety of hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, levels) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills) to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction sites or landscaping projects is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and site procedures.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
