Landscape/Hardscape Foreman

We are seeking an individual experienced and knowledgeable in hardscape installation, carpentry as well as versatile in other landscape work including heavy equipment operation. Pay and raise increases are based on the following criteria:

Ability to lead a crew and a job site

Experience with the process of installing and building of rock walls, retaining walls, decks, patios

Teach-ability and willingness to learn

Attitude

Efficiency

Self-motivated and willing to take intitiative

How well you work with co-workers

Problem-solving abilities

Professional interaction with clientelle

Professional conduct on job at all times

Resume and References are a must! Applicants need to have at least 2 prior employer references

-Need to be able to drive to company location in a.m. (located in East Freetown)

-Will drive company truck to work site (Cortland, Ithaca, Syracuse, etc.)

-Hours vary according to job, employee production, weather

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction/hardscape: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
