Landscape/Hardscape Installer

Inspired Spaces is a landscape & design business located in Hilliard, OH. We specialize in landscape construction projects including patios, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pool installations, and more. We service both residential and commercial clients within the Central Ohio area and we are looking to grow our team!

Job Duties:

• Responsible for hardscape and softscape landscape construction
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to assist with landscape constructions
• Construct patios, pergolas, decks, retaining walls, pools, water features, outdoor kitchens, and more
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and bulbs
• Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
• Cart and spread topsoil and other required materials
• Lay sod or seed; grading (soil); and tree staking
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks
• Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and manual lifting
• Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments, shop + equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience in related construction fields
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Ability to follow safe working procedures
• Valid driver's license required

Work Conditions:

• The job requires the ability to work with hand tools, small engine equipment, and materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires good manual dexterity
• Excellent stamina is required
• Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
• Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
