Landscape/Hardscape Team Member

Job Summary

Join our growing landscape and hardscape team as an Outdoor Transformation Specialist, where your hands-on skills and passion for outdoor work will help create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you’ll assist with the installation and maintenance of a wide range of landscape and hardscape features, contributing directly to high-quality outdoor environments.

This paid position is a great opportunity to build practical skills in landscaping and hardscaping while working alongside experienced professionals who take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and paver systems
• Support landscape work including planting, grading, soil preparation, mulching, and general site cleanup
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various outdoor tasks
• Help with site preparation, material handling, and layout to ensure projects are completed accurately
• Assist with basic equipment operation for tasks like excavation, leveling, and material movement (under supervision)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards

Experience

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in landscape and hardscape installation
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscaping or construction is a plus
• Basic understanding of outdoor materials such as pavers, stone, soil, and plants is beneficial
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
