Job Summary:

Responsible for the design, execution, and maintenance of landscape and garden projects, including indoor/outdoor plant care, irrigation systems, and vertical gardens. Ensures high standards of horticultural excellence while leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning

• Develop landscape designs using CAD and design software
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical drawings, and work schedules
• Material purchasing

2. Maintenance & Plant Health Care

3. Client Coordination & Site Management

• Site inspections
• Quality audits

4. Team Leadership & Operations

• Prepare schedules
• plan implementation of projects

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Preparing technical documentation and proposals for new projects

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Valid driving license (Qatar/GCC preferred)
• Excellent command on English communication is highly required; Arabic is a plus)
