Landscape/Mowing Team Lead

We are currently seeking Team Leads for our landscape and mowing crews.

Responsibilities;

-ensuring tasks are completed to company standards in a timely manner

-responsible for proper use of equipment

-ensure company policies are being followed by team members

-ability to delegate and work while managing

-ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted by end of work day.

-other collateral duties that may be assigned by mgmt. team based on your talents

The ideal candidate will have the following traits;

-ability to take and implement constructive criticism

-driven to grow with the company, and desire to mentor employees

-ability to multi task using good time management.

-ability to deal with customers in all situations

Work Experience ;

-Must be proficient multiple using zero turn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, edging beds, installing mulch, plants, bushes and trees.

- Must be able to communicate with management and customers. Demonstrate professionalism at ALL times.

-Ability to address mechanical issues in the field with instruction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
