Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscaper to join our team and assist with landscaping projects and daily maintenance operations. In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of landscaping tasks including lawn care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance. You’ll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Duties

* Perform landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticultural tasks efficiently and to high standards

* Assist with landscape construction projects, including planting, soil preparation, and installation of irrigation systems and hardscape features

* Follow proper tree care practices, including pruning, trimming, and removal when necessary

* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively

* Assist with implementing landscape design plans according to project specifications

* Identify and report safety hazards while following company safety protocols

* Communicate professionally with clients when needed to ensure satisfaction

* Drive trucks and haul trailers when required

Qualifications

* Experience driving trucks while hauling a trailer required

* Previous experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care preferred

* Knowledge of plant health, gardening, and general landscape maintenance

* Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning and trimming preferred

* Basic understanding of landscape construction techniques

* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Good organizational skills and attention to detail

* Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, and operating equipment safely
