Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to keep grass healthy and lush
• Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower arrangements with precision and care
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, trimming, pruning, and installing hardscape elements like patios or walkways
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for grading or site preparation while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible

Requirements

• Proven experience with landscaping tasks including lawn care, gardening, tree trimming, and hardscape installation
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment such as excavators
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of , snow plowing procedures, and general garden care practices
• Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients on project details
