Job Overview
Pocono Property Care is looking for a reliable, hard-working landscaper to join our crew. We mainly service residential properties around the Poconos, focusing on keeping lawns clean, maintained, and looking sharp all season. This is hands-on outdoor work, and we’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job.

We’re also looking for someone who wants to step into a lead role, take on responsibility, and grow with the company as we continue to expand. If you’re someone who wants more than just a job and is looking to build something long-term, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Weekly & bi-weekly lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
• Property cleanups (spring, fall, and overgrown yards)
• Mulch installation and light landscaping work
• Basic planting (shrubs, flowers, small trees)
• Operate equipment like zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Keep properties looking clean and professional after each job
• Help with occasional extras like junk removal or pressure washing
• Maintain equipment and keep tools organized
• Work with the crew to stay on schedule and get jobs done efficiently
• (For lead role) Help manage routes, keep jobs on track, and make sure work meets company standards

Experience

• Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing to learn and work hard
• Comfortable working outside in all weather
• Able to handle physical labor (lifting, walking, etc.)
• Reliable transportation is a big plus
• Shows up on time and has a good attitude

Pay / Growth

• Starting pay based on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
