Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep lawns healthy and vibrant
• Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like patios and walkways
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for planting, trimming, pruning, and general landscape upkeep
• Conduct tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating various landscaping machinery and tools effectively
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred but not required
• Ability to handle hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners along with power tools like trimmers and blowers
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail; ability to follow safety protocols at all times
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Drivers licence preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
