Landscaper / Laborer | Full-Time | $17–$30/hr | Franklin, MA

Pay: $17–$30/hr (based on experience & role)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time

Location: Franklin, MA

This job is great for those with experience (or interest) in landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, equipment operation, and yard transformations. Entry-level to crew lead positions welcome!

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscapes: mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, planting, weeding

• Assist with hardscaping, masonry, and full-yard transformations

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely

• Keep worksites clean, organized, and safe

• Interact professionally with customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & comfortable driving a truck + trailer

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather

• Dependable, motivated, and take pride in quality work

• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required (we train!)

• Skills in hardscaping, masonry, machine operation, pruning, mulching, mowing are a plus
