Landscaper Mow Crew

Job Summary
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper Mow Crew member, where your enthusiasm and skills will help create stunning outdoor spaces! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, trimming trees, and supporting landscape projects to ensure our clients’ properties look their absolute best. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape work while working in a lively and supportive environment. Your dedication will directly contribute to transforming outdoor environments into beautiful, functional spaces that clients love.

You must have a valid Pa drivers license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical which includes a drug screening.

Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and power tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas efficiently.
• Participate in snow plowing, salting and/ or sidewalk clearing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• When needed:
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, edging, and fertilizing to keep properties vibrant and healthy.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments.
• Help with irrigation system checks and minor repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and turf.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing walkways or retaining walls under supervision.
• Qualifications
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators are preferred.
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, tree care, irrigation systems, and construction projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior experience with snow plowing or hardscape installation is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.85 - $25.00 per hour
