BIG BOSS Landscape is a fast-growing landscaping company serving homeowners and businesses across the Phoenix Valley. We specialize in lawn care, cleanups, irrigation, tree trimming, and full landscape installations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform landscaping services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with yard cleanups, weed control, and debris removal
• Support tree trimming, palm skinning, and irrigation repairs
• Help with landscape installations (turf, sod, rock, etc.)
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive a trailer from site to site that hauls landscaping equipment
• Work as part of a small crew to complete jobs on time and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Landscaping experience preferred (not required—we will train the right person)
• Detail-oriented with pride in delivering high-quality work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting location

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday (some weekends optional)
• Early start times (typically 5:00–7:00 AM due to Arizona heat and daylight hours)
