Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding to keep grounds pristine and healthy
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and plant health
• Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote lush growth
• Maintain garden beds by planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, and other greenery with precision and care
• Assist with general groundskeeping duties like trash removal, soil preparation, and mulch spreading
• Support landscape projects by following design plans and collaborating with team members to execute tasks effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture practices
• Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is highly desirable
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care and plant pruning
• Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to groundskeeping tasks
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently when handling hand tools and equipment
