Landscaping & Property Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Based in Wilkes County, NC (Travel Required to Surrounding Counties)

We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping & Property Maintenance Technician to maintain our flip houses and rental properties.

This is a full-time, hourly position with steady work.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing residential properties
• Weed eating / trimming
• Mulching and basic landscaping
• Trimming bushes and hedges
• Cutting and removing small tree limbs
• General outdoor cleanup and curb appeal improvements

Requirements:

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to adjacent counties as needed
• Experience in landscaping or property maintenance preferred

Preferred:

• Own outdoor hand tools
• Own some outdoor power equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, etc.)
• Experience working on residential properties
• Own Truck and trailer

Compensation:

• Hourly pay (based on experience and tools provided)
• Consistent 40 hours per week
• Opportunity for long-term growth with a growing company
• We can also provide work through the winter months as well, this doesn't have to be a seasonal position for the right candidate.
