Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Double V Landscaping is hiring a Lawn Care Technician / Landscaper to join our growing team serving the Mansfield, Burleson, Arlington, and surrounding DFW areas.

This position focuses heavily on professional lawn mowing and landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn mowing services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.

• Maintain proper cutting height and mowing patterns to ensure professional lawn appearance.

• Perform landscape maintenance including pruning shrubs, weeding beds, and installing mulch.

• Assist with plant installation and flowerbed maintenance.

• Help with lawn treatments such as fertilization, aeration, and weed control.

• Assist with irrigation inspections and minor repairs when needed.

• Clean off sidewalks, driveways, and patios after service.

• Maintain landscaping equipment through basic cleaning and upkeep.

• Work efficiently with crew members to complete jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn mowing or landscaping preferred but not required.

• Ability to operate zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment safely.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and weather conditions.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.

• Reliable transportation to work.
