Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Now Hiring for Landscaper-Multi Family Community: In Odessa, TX.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscaper to join our team! If you take pride in keeping properties clean, green, and beautiful, we’d love to hear from you.
Starting at $17 - $22 per hour depending on experience.

Our company is looking for employees to assist us in our goal to provide the finest-quality services to our residents and to do so in the most efficient and economical way possible, thus gaining our competitive edge so that our residents continue to be a part of our community and recommend us to others.

The ideal candidates should possess the following Qualifications:

Previous landscaping experience required (apartment/multifamily experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and maintenance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills (English – verbal and/or written

Must have a valid Driver's license

All employees hired are contingent to a background check and drug screen.
