Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and maintenance to keep healthy and vibrant.
• Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for planting, pruning, trimming, and general landscape improvements
• Operate equipment such as zero turn and tractor
• Assist with gardening tasks like planting new greenery, mulching beds, and seasonal cleanups

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Mechanical knowledge related to garden equipment, power tools, and construction machinery is a plus
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and horticulture principles is advantageous
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as zero turns and weed eaters
• Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures for outdoor spaces ensures quality results
• A proactive attitude towards safety protocols when handling tools and machinery is essential
