Build360 is looking for a dependable Landscape Laborer to join our team. You’ll handle lawn care and landscaping across our rental portfolio in the Hilltop neighborhood (15210) and nearby areas. When the grass stops growing, you’ll jump into snow removal and assist with small scale construction projects and clean outs.

Build360 Construction is part of RE360, a Pittsburgh-based real estate investment company with more than 500 units under management, half of which require property maintenance. Our landscape crew plays a vital role in keeping our communities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting our construction team throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on position that requires both outdoor landscaping and general labor. You’ll work on a small team, complete routes independently, and keep properties looking sharp year-round.

• Perform snow removal on multifamily and commercial properties, including on-call and emergency response during winter weather
• Residential lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, tree/shrub trimming
• Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment: mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, snow blowers
• Drive and care for company vehicles and equipment
• Follow assigned routes and complete work on schedule
• Communicate with tenants and neighbors in a professional, respectful manner
• Assist construction crews with demolition, cleanup and trash haul, painting, and general labor

What We’re Looking For
We want someone dependable, hardworking, and motivated to learn.

• 1+ year of professional landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Friendly, respectful customer service with tenants and neighbors
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (sun, rain, snow)
• Able to pass a background check
• Own basic tools and PPE (work boots, gloves, etc.)

Pjay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $16–$21/hr (based on proven years of experience)
• Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), 10-hour shifts
• Overtime available; seasonal on-call hours required for snow removal
