Landscaper/Hardscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape/hardscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, detailed eye and great work ethic. A great team player. A person that loves the hands on out door type of work. A person who goes above and beyond of the expectation of what is asked of them. A leader of the trade and someone that will help us grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, weeding, cleanups
• Execute mulching and edging.
• Manage garden upkeep by planting flowers, shrubs, trees.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
• Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility of properties.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting while adhering to best practices for landscape health.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
