Landscaper/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a willingness to learn new skills in landscaping.

Duties

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and appearance.
• Carry out grounds keeping tasks, including mowing, edging, and mulching.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Engage in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Maintain lawns through regular care practices including watering, aerating, and pest control.
• Dig trenches or holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping features.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds keeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscape enhancement.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
