Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual with an eye for details to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member. In this role, including but not limited to planting, mulching, mowing, trimming, and snow removal.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, and sodding.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Winter responsibilities for full-time employees include shoveling, plowing, and ice removal.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license is required and clean driving record preferred.
• A reliable vehicle for going do various job sites throughout the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17 - $22.00 per hour (Flexible based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 7:30-6:00
• Occasional Saturdays are required 45-55 hours a week, weather dependent

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
